Cole Slaw with Pineapple
4 cups shredded cabbage
1 small carrot shredded (optional)
¾ cup pineapple tidbits drained
¾ cup mayonnaise
2 Tbsp cider vinegar
2 Tbsp sugar
1 to 2 Tbsp milk
Combine the mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar and milk. Place cabbage, carrot,
and pineapple in a large bowl. Add dressing and toss. Chill.
Prep Time: Less than 15 minutes
Makes: 8 servings
NOTE: If desired, you can use a combination of red and green cabbage.
